The Planning & Development Department, Government of Sindh, has launched a project Strengthening of Monitoring & Evaluation Cell in Planning & Development Department including Outsourcing for Third Party Monitoring, which aims at strengthening of the Monitoring & Evaluation system of Sindh Government's Public Sector Projects and Schemes/Service Centers/Units. The project is being implemented by the Monitoring & Evaluation Cell (MEC) of the P&D Department.
