Junior Clerk

Job Description

  • Maintenance of office records, files, and registers.
  • Typing and drafting of official correspondence.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in Second Division from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • Certificate of Six (06) Months Course in MS Office from a recognized institute by SBTE/TTB

Telephone Operator

Job Description

  • Operate telephone, exchange, and manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Maintain call logs and route calls to the concerned sections.
  • Provide basic information to callers as authorized.
  • Ensure proper functioning of telephone equipment.
  • Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
  • Support office communication needs.

  • Intermediate from a recognized Board of Education, relevant experience will be preferred.

Sub Engineer

Job Description

  • Provide technical field support to MEOs and SMEOs during monitoring visits of infrastructure development schemes.
  • Assist in verification of physical progress, measurements, and quantities against approved drawings, BOQs, and PC-I provisions.
  • Support on-site inspection of works (roads, buildings, water supply, sanitation, irrigation, etc.) for observable quality and workmanship.
  • Record factual technical observations, measurements, and site conditions, without interpretation or evaluative judgment.
  • Assist in geo-tagged data and photographic evidence collection, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • Compile and organize technical field notes, measurement sheets, and supporting records for submission through MEOs/SMEOs.
  • Identify and flag visible technical deviations or incomplete works through prescribed channels.
  • Ensure strict compliance with MEC SOPs, maintaining neutrality and performing a purely supportive role.

Accounts Assistant

Job Description

Assist in the maintenance of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

  • Check, process, and record bills, vouchers, and invoices in accordance with prescribed financial rules.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts/statements with the AG SAP System.
  • Assist in audit matters and produce relevant record to audit authorities.
  • Provide assistance to the Admin & Accounts Officer in day-to-day financial matters.

Key Punch Operator

Job Description

  • Enter, update, and maintain M&E-related data of schemes/projects in the MEC MIS/Dashboard.
  • Compile, verify, and consolidate monitoring data received from field teams in prescribed formats.
  • Generate MIS/Dashboard reports and statements to support analysis and review of project performance.
  • Maintain electronic records and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely availability of M&E data.
